  1. Review titled Very poor service since May 2023

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have found this surgery gone downhill with their services since May 2023. May it be Locum Drs or their very own GP both lack the assertiveness to treat and with very delayed practices of care. The standards of care and treatment is so poor as I compared to the previous GPs in that surgery. Their options were pointing out couple of occasions to us to go private , yes they recommended to go to private care even to simple procedure. I am saddened how this GP practice to be considered the best in town to right down in the list. Shame, if I only the retired GP can come back !

  2. Review titled Can't recommend enough

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I can't recommend my doctor's surgery enough. Despite all the difficulties that the NHS is experiencing at the moment I always find the practice helpful, understanding and keen to provide the best care for your needs. This week after contacting the surgery I was asked to ring the following morning, which I did and got an appointment at 9.30 the same day. The GP gave me time, was thorough and sent my prescription strato my named chemist and I was taking the medication by lunchtime. No one can ask for better service. I'm often telling people I have a one in a million GP service. Thank you

  3. Review titled Exceptional practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Support care and compassion given by the doctors and staff at this surgery is exceptional. This really is a shining example of how GP surgeries should be run. After recently losing my dad, the staff and doctors at the surgery went above and beyond to make sure Dad was as comfortable as he could be calling us out of hours and even making prescriptions out at the weekend so we could pick them up as an emergency. Calling the hospital when he was admitted to give them as much information as they could. And calling us after Dad had passed to pass on my condolences and make sure that we were okay and coping as best as we could.
