I have never had a worse overall experience of a medical practice in my life. The practice is clearly understaffed and/or oversubscribed. Today I tried to make an appointment via Patient Access, which told me that I had booked too many appointments to be able to book online. I think I've had one appointment in the last 6-8 months? Didn't realise that was the limit on how many times I can speak to my GP! I waited an hour on the phone to make an appointment and when I reached the top of the queue, the practice dropped my call without even answering. I had no issues with signal or phone battery. I eventually reached a staff member after another 30 minutes on hold only to be that there were no available appointments in person. They offered a video call which I accepted. I downloaded the app that they advised, confirmed the appointment, and then received a text from the practice 10 minutes before my appointment to say that it had been cancelled because I didn't answer. I had been sitting next to my phone on full charge waiting for a call and heard nothing. I'll be changing practice as soon as humanly possible because this experience was just one of many I've had with Longsight.

After I went to this practice at 8 am in the morning and queue to book an appointment, I can get my appointment on the same day and see the doctor, everything strength forward easy.

The staff are disrespectfull and rude you can't even get a appointment they don't even pick your phone up in the morning . The Secretares are unperffestional . You don't treat your patients in the disrespectfull manner. They need to treat people with a bit of respect
