    I attended this GP as a temporary patient and couldn’t be more grateful for the support I received. I have an autoimmune disease and was very worried about an infection- the receptionists were extremely understanding and proactive about arranging an appointment for me. It was easy to get through using the phone system and my call was answered quickly, which makes such a difference when you’re ill and need to arrange appointments. I was given an appointment very swiftly and the doctor was very thorough, I felt listened to and reassured that I didn’t have anything further to worry about as some of the medication I take can cause complications. I’m used to struggling to make appointments and difficulties arranging tests etc with my usual GP, so my experience here was like a breath of fresh air. If only every surgery could be like this!

    I wanted to pass on my thanks to my GP and the Breast Care specialists at NDDH. I rang my GP on Tuesday morning, had a face-to-face appointment on Tuesday afternoon, then was offered an appointment in the Breast Care Dept at NDDH on the Thursday. I was given a thorough, kind, compassionate and gentle treatment throughout and I left the clinic knowing that my lump was not something to worry about. I cannot fault either Lyn Healthcare in Lynton or the Breast Clinic at NDDH with the speed, kindness and professionalism. I think the whole set up is fantastic and I so appreciate it, so thank you very much to all.
