  1. Review titled Awful service and Rude staff

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Archie - Posted on 17 March 2023

My partner has been battling sever depression for several years and needs help. Doctor keeps saying nothing they can do and to make a referral with counselling who keep referring back to the Doctor. Been in today who has been told that he shouldn't have come to the doctors because there is nothing they can do and that he needs to self refer. Follow the link provided to be told that only the doctor can make a referral. On top of the fact the doctors are just being rude and obstructive (especially to someone seeking help), the receptionist staff are rude on a whole other level. As there are 2 surgeries in this location, one of the signs faces the other way when you go in so cant actually read it and you get shouted at if you stand at the wrong window. It's no wonder that male suicide rates are increasing in this country when this is the level of service provided by our health care "professionals" Doctors do not want to help, they do not care, they have no patience and yet they want a pay rise? This surgery should be closed down, let alone rewarded. My entire household will be moving from this place in fear of needing life saving care that will never be provided

  2. Review titled Extremely poor service

Rated 1 star out of 5

Both receptionists need sacking for the rudest and abrupt response my partner received on this day all over changing our address, I'd like to point out the comments made by receptionist towards my 3 year old son who has learning disability and autism, stating he's just like us all and will get treated the same as us all. This doctors surgery needs professional training on how to approach and understanding additional needs such as autism for both children and adults. I do not appreciate my Partner coming out of the surgery and breaking down in tears on how she was treated and my 3 year old son, the doctors still appear to be very helpful, understanding and friendly however, the receptionists need a full change around, they should be very much ashamed. No one deserves to be laughed at never mind a 3year old boy by the employment of the receptionists.
