   Having moved to a new village and registering here I have to say that all contact with them has been wonderful this last 2 years. It can be a worrying time being unwell, and when feeling most vulnerable the first thing that you need when you reach out to ask for help is kindness. I have always experienced on calling the surgery to make an enquiry or book an appointment that the receptionist team are the kind of wonderful angels you need in times like this. They are always so compassionate, helpful, professional and kind. Women's health appointments from the nursing team have also been far less scary and I've been made to feel comfortable on each occasion. GP call backs are not to be sniffed at either. Their team of GP's have a lovely manner and are practical and reassuring. In person appointments in addition when required, I've left feeling listened to. In short, thank you Longmeadow Team - You are all amazing.
