Arrived at 11.30 for an 11.30 nurses appointment. It is now 12.30. Was told nurse must be running behind. An hours wait outside the appointment is not acceptable.

The reception area is your first impression of the surgery and it's extremely poor! A condemned settee and a few plastic chairs dotted about a rather large area. There are no high chairs with arms for people with mobility issues especially when your appointment with the nurse is 30mins late and you are so uncomfortable on the chairs provided

Had my ears shrynged today and walked in there feeling nervous and a little scared.. walked out super happy, relaxed and looked after. The 2 ladies doing it were very professional. Made me feel at ease. Kept checking i was ok. Made me feel relaxed. Thank you very much. I can now hear properly. Thank you

I want to see a real live doctor but I don't have an emergency. I walked into the long lee clinic this am and was told I had to make an appointment by phone. I phone this pm and was told to phone back tomorrow. I have met this attitude before except that was on a Friday and the clinic was of course closed over the weekend. I will phone again tomorrow but I expect to get the same response.
