Rang just after 8 am this morning. Seven in queue. Didn’t wait long for the receptionist to answer. Answered her questions. Said l would receive a call back. Within half an hour l received a call with an appointment for 10 am. The only concern is the car park. Very few spaces. The Doctor was very thorough sand a credit to the practice. By 10.30 am l had picked up my prescription on at the chemist in Lindley. Excellent service. Thank you.

Within 26 hours I was able to telephone a helpful receptionist, get an appointment the same day with a wonderful and considerate GP then give blood to a caring nurse for tests. 48 hours after my initial call I have started receiving feedback regarding treatment. I was anxious about visiting the doctor but the staff I dealt with put me at ease - I won’t hesitate, if I have concerns, in future.

It takes almost always at least 45 mins to get through and when you do, the reception staff cut you off whenever they feel like it and this has happened to me on many occasions. Trying to get a repeat prescription takes 2 days for a review only for them to tell you, you need to fill out a form on "Patchs" which is an electronic system and even that's turned off at 5pm!!! Does the electronic system need to rest? Is it tired? Its almost impossible to get an appointment. If you get an appointment, then the doctors are good but I'd advise to stay clear of this place.

Bounced from service to service because your under a specialist dr's will not touch you. Staff are unhelpfull and rude. Theres no patient care

I used the Patches system to request a referral from my GP in the morning. By the afternoon I had received 2 emails, 1 to confirm receipt of the request and the second with my copy of the referral letter. These were followed up the next day to check that I had received the referral. Well done on an efficient service.

Don't get me wrong, I have criticised this practice when things have not been good. But I have to say the last two appointments I have had have been 100%. The phone system which has been trying to say the least seems to gave improved, I have got through and received an appointment. The doctor I saw on both occasions was really goog. I hope this improvement continues.

Used e consult service said I’d get a response as I’ve come to expect from this shoddy gp practice…no text no phone call after waiting in all day suppose I’ll have to try and ring and get a crystal ball diagnosis

Went to see the locum dr with my daughter. I just required a ref to a paediatrician. It was evident from the start they the dr was out of her depth. Unaware of the condition I was explaining and tried to fob me off. Absolutely disgusted with the complete lack of basic understanding. I know the nhs is broken but expect that surgeries check the competency of the locums they book. Also I and my daughter wore as mask as requested by the surgery but the locum did not! Unbelievable! Will now need to see another dr. Wasting my time and theirs.

Recently I was ill with a ‘flu type virus. I couldn’t speak due to laryngitis therefore my husband contacted the surgery on my behalf. He had a telephone consultation with one of the doctors who was extremely helpful and thanks to her I am now much better. We have been with this practice for many years and have always found all the staff professional, courteous and caring. Many thanks for all their care.

I've been a patient a long time and despite the challenges the NHS have seen this practice has been really lovely with me and my family. Caring staff, a range of options to book appointments and prescriptions.
