From another professional - I required to share some crucial information about a service user with their GP. I attempted to call through and spent an hour and a half on hold before the call hung itself up - despite their automated system telling me I was caller number 1 in the queue. If this is how difficult it is for professionals to get through I cant imagine the struggle of their patients.
