After contacting the practice and speaking with the same receptionist on the past few occasions I can only say I feel cared for and understood. She was extremely helpful and went further than I expected. I was helped quickly and with a positive outcome for my needs. Also speaking next with the Dr I felt I was listened to and understood. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable with expressing myself and the outcome was extremely helpful. I think if you treat people with the respect they deserve then they return it back. Thankyou!

Practically impossible to get through to, as they don’t allow more than 3 calls to queue. Reception staff are the stereotypical gatekeepers. Their text communications are almost comically bad; just this week I was invited to a walk-in clinic that I would like to attend but which omitted important information like *the date when it is happening*. Thereby creating more calls for themselves! And making it yet harder to get through to someone. Get a proper phone system and use the time people spend queueing to communicate useful information.
