This morning I had a cervical smear test. The nurse made this intimate procedure as relaxing as possible. She provided informative and diligent care throughout the entire procedure.

Can always get through quickly on phones and get urgent appointments if needed. Appropriate triage for non urgent appointments. Staff are lovely. The nurse was lovely at my appointment today and helped with my baby while she was seeing me.

Had my sons 1 year injections and the nurse was lovely, really welcoming and professional. Sorry I forgot the ladies name but it was on 26/04, gave all the information needed for the injections and after care.

First time visiting today and nurse/doctor was lovely. She explained everything throughly and made me feel comfortable throughout the examination.

Nothing gets better than Lsvp The receptionists are always so welcoming and do everything within their remit to help you efficiently, professionally and with compassion. My GP could not be more supportive or caring. He is by far the best GP I have ever had and it is always a pleasure to see him. He cannot do anymore than he already does to support me through my long term illness. If Carlsberg did GP surgeries…… is Lsvp the admin/reception team/ nurses and my Gp Thank you for all that you do for me and my Family, always.

Lovely staff. Everything explained really well. Didn't feel rushed. Very sound advice was given. I can definitely recommend this practice

Had my cervical smear this morning. The nurse talked me through everything she would be doing how the process works. Explained about what they would be looking for. How long the results would take. The nurse made me feel very comfortable an at ease

Although I was seen a little after my appointment time. The nurse did apologise, I understand that occasionally an appointment may take longer than expected. The nurse fully explained the procedure and ensured I had an opportunity to ask questions . Thank you for putting me at ease .

I had an appointment today with the nurse. Sadly they were running 30 minutes late. The waiting room was almost full but not with just patients, everyone seemed to have someone with them. The nurse I saw was lovely. She explained everything very thoroughly. The treatment was mildly painful but acceptable. Not once did I feel I was being rushed and she was happy to discuss my treatment at great length. The nurse was called Jane Arherton.
