From booking my appointment to seeing the GP I never was faced with any problems the staff on the reception were really helpful, kind, good listeners and understanding. Amazing, they try their very best under difficult conditions of limited availability of appointments, and abuse they receive daily from patients, they can only work to the GP’s/managers instructions, patients need to realise this. The GP was lovely, approachable, understanding worked his best with a referral to other professionals in a timely way. Thanks Leesbrook I think you’re an amazing practice.

Review titled being able to book an urgent appointment

I needed an urgent appointment, which was not available on day of ringing or next day. I had rang 20 times to speak to surgery only to be told to repeat performance again next day. The last time I had an appointment was 18 months ago so I am not a time waster but this counts not a jot. Service is just not good enough. I have paid all my working life for this service - just not good enough. Get your act in order.

Had 3 text to call me in for my Asthma review,blood test and medicine review. Got appointments 2 the same week one later. The bloods showed up something not quite right. Phone call told me to come in same day to speak with the doctor. He was very pleasant polite and professional.Further scan request sent and repeat bloods the following day.2 personal calls from the doctor to reassure me of the results and ask if I had heard from the ultra sound dept yet. Still not got my diagnosis but plenty of reassurance from the Doctor,Nurse and HCA and the pleasant receptionist at the surgery .They all have got 100 percent for the professional care that I have received over the last 3 days.They have gone over and beyond in their jobs.Thank You.

I have contacted the surgery many times to make an appointment but never managed to get one.even weeks in advance Told you can ring out of hour. Waited 30 min to be told I am number 1 in queue , the to be switched off. Last year I had a phone appointment, he was very caring and was going to look into my health problems and get my life back on track . Not heard anything…….. Very disappointed as the family used this surgery for 35 year pluss. It was a GP I was proud to use. Not anymore.

My family and I have been with this surgery for several years and the care is excellent. Whenever any of of us have needed an appointment or prescription we have obtained it very quickly. All members of staff are friendly and professional. Whenever we have needed to be referred it has been done efficiently. The online consult is excellent. The receptionists, HCAs, nurses and GPs are wonderful. You feel as if they care. I feel very lucky.
