I have been with the surgery all my life and it’s just getting worse and worse. There is no higher management to talk to in regards to speaking about their doctors or locum doctors. It’s almost like the staff in this surgery do not care weather they deal with customer problems or not. No hierarchy at all. The “manager” is never in. It’s all over the place, no structure. Not happy at all. One doctor says something and then the receptionist says another!! Not a happy patient!

Received a text from GP to make an appointment as blood pressure too high, called several times last week and every day so far this week and can’t get through on the phone, each time I did get through after a long wait they had no appointments. This has happened before and I had to call 111 to get an appointment elsewhere. Very very poor service

Usual poor service! Advised GP prescription will be at chemist, a week later still waiting, 3/4th time this has happened, I'd be ok if it was a one off but this error is synonymous with this practice, its frustrating repeatedly going through the same drama, and no explanation or contact to advice of any issues, Thankfully the receptionist was polite, apologetic and professional an improvement on previous experiences. I wish simple tasks weren't so complicated and stressful as a service user, and unnecessary time consuming, wasting my time making pointless journeys with no avail. These situations are detrimental to your health as you can't get the medication your GP prescribed and advised you need due to consistent surgery errors and delays.
