Seen by a very professional team. The reasons for my visit were addressed on the day, and I left the surgery being much more understanding of my symptoms. Can't he any happier with the treatment I received.

The GP prescribe me medication which help me a lot. They have also disscused the symptoms i had and gave me great advice.

I received several text messages from Langley Corner Surgery inviting me for several vacinations (Flu, Shingles & Pneumococcal), I was unable to book the vaccinations using their text messaging service so I called the surgery and made two sets of appointments instead (03/10 & 10/10 respectively) to receive my vaccinations. 10 minutes before I was due to be at the surgery on 03/10, just as I was preparing to leave, I received a call from the nurse who was cooridinating the vaccinations. She explained that due to a `computer error` there was no need to attend as I was not eligible for any of the vaccination as I was too young.!! I was surprised as I have been offered and received flu jabs via the surgery for the last few years.? Whilst I appreciated the call & just in time, I am surprised their system can't work out someones birthdate and then, when speaking to a person at the surgery, we have the same error again. This is not the first admin error made by this surgery, they really need to do better considering they have so many training afternoons..!! It does not leave you confident with your healthcare needs.! The day after they cancelled my appointment, I received another text from the surgery, thanking me for attending my appointment (?) and asking if I would like to complete a survey about my experience, very strange.!

Carpal tunnel problem has become worse recently and also have hurt wrist in a recent fall. Using the online form, it was easy to get a same day appointment with the GP. The GP was able to quickly carry out a few checks, answer my questions and refer me on for more specialist treatment.

Since the online booking process has been introduced it makes life so much easier, plus you can put alot of detail on the form as sometimes when you used to see a Dr you would forget to tell them some things. I've used the online booking process three times now and either had a telephone call from the Dr or an appointment on the same day. Very happy with the service and efficiency.

I would like to say how excellent the GP service has been from Langley Corner Surgery. The home visits for my Mum have exemplified everything that is good about the NHS. The visiting doctors have been attentive, kind, empathetic and highly professional. I have nothing but goods things to say about them and the staff at Langley Corner Surgery. Thank you all.

Using the appointment form is not always easy to do due to too many others doing so. But on a very positive note my surgery have been very supportive when I was found to have polymaligia rheumatica, organising blood tests, bone scans, rheumatologist and keeping in contact and monitoring my tapering of steroid medication I am also aware if I have any problems I can contact them for additional help

I often get frustrated with this surgery's awful online form system of booking an appointment since introduction, but I did get to see a GP earlier this month for symptoms that are of great concern to me. Understanding a time dependant process maybe necessary, the GP I saw initially made a follow up appointment in 2 weeks (today) to review my progress. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at the surgery to be told that the GP who made the appointment was not even on duty.! I said I would wait and would hope to see another GP now I was here, but I was told they were all fully booked for the rest of the day. I asked if they could book me into the next available slot on any day, as the booking error was not down to me. but they would not help here either. They said my only option was to fill out the online form at 8am the next morning and wait to see what happened..!! This is really poor. In general, this was once a good surgery, it seems now that every effort is made to deny access to a GP. I'm not sure how filling in an online form helps the elderly, those probably most in need of prompt GP support and the least likely to have computer access..!! They seem to spend an inordinate amount of time and effort on `training` at this surgery, I hope some of these many, many hours are spent on basics, like how to use the appointment booking system.!!

I have tried from last Friday and for 3 days this week to get an appointment, set my alarm for 0750 and sat at my computer waiting for 0800 to click over, to be informed 08:01am that all appointments for the day had been allocated! please please! explain to me how this happens in less than a minute of lines opening? when your website "states that lines are open at 0800am for online appointments" - Hopeless!!!!

Sadly we are limited to a specified number of forms each day dependent on the safe clinical capacity on the day.
