Yesterday’s i had an apoiment four my daughter immunisation in 04.04/2024 at 10:00 with a nurse !I would like to say haw wonderful and nice she was ❤️she was so sweet with both of my kids!I think is the best nurse I ever met!Thank you four your hard work

A scheduled doctor’s appointment covered a long standing chronic condition, but also an assessment of general and age related health checks A review considered the effectiveness of current medication; the status of a chronic condition; that periodic inoculations and age related health checks are up to date As requested, a diary of a week’s worth of morning and evening blood pressure readings was reviewed Of particular benefit is a letter sent to a hospital consultant to request resumption of regular treatment likely affected by the COVID backlog and a followup text of useful Website medical links The surgery is professional, respectful and friendly and a credit to the NHS

After logging on to booking an appointment at 08.02 I had the notification that the online booking system was closed and to try the next day, I tried to call the surgery 10 times I was either cut off or redirected back to the website to book an appointment that wasn’t available. Tell me how this works for people that start work at 8 or travelling to work at that time, or that can’t keep logging in to a closed booking system or sit on the phone getting cut off by the staff that are always training?

As an introduction to the care services available for my condition the meeting was informative, caring and reassuring. Inhaler techniques were checked and improved and Pulmonary Rehab course was offered. I can call anytime for a further appt…. Excellent!

Had to wait only a few minutes for my appointment. Like the taller chairs. Surgery aways warm, clean and welcoming. The appointment sent well, and questiond I raised were answered. Very good.

I’ve always had an excellent service from this surgery, can’t complain at all, last year I had chest pains and I was dealt with extremely quickly which probably saved my life, diabetes checks are also excellent. Considering the stress the NHS is under at the moment the service is amazing .

I had a smear review done and the nurse was so patient and gentle. I was very happy with her I'd always go back to her on my 3 yearly checks

Wanted to see a doctor about an on going problem - filled in the in line form at 8am - was called by a doctor by 11am and seen at 12.00 - really efficient and simple process. The doctor reassured me, extremely professional.
