Very efficient and friendly staff and nurse Appointment was on time Flu jab given and didn’t even feel the neddle go in

Fantastic service and reassurance when doing blood tests as its a big phobia of mine. The doctor I have had both times in the past 3 months has been superb and he's really settled me down and helped. Thank you.

I called up after 9am to get an appointment, and was offered one that day over the phone, this was then followed up with a face to face with a GP just half an hour later, he then followed up that with a text and 2 referrals. incredible service, but this is typical of the service I have received over the last 30 plus years. All of the staff are compassionate and empathetic and nothing is too much trouble. I can not thank them all enough for their support.

Amazing and friendly staff. It’s very easy to get an appointment. Special mention to the nurse as she has been extremely caring and so helpful.

I have experienced the good and the bad of the NHS. The Doctors at the surgery have been brilliant. The admin staff have been dreadful and will.say anything.just to get you off the phone. Everything that have told me will happen in the last 3 working days has not happened. There is no.logic or sense to anything they say and they behave live robots just reading scripts and not listening to a word the patients are saying. The final straw today I went I to the surgery to be told just go home the Doctor will call you in the next hour. Three hours later no call everyone has gone home. Seems this is a mirror of the whole NHS, Doctors and nurses brilliant. Admin and management useless.
