Have never been able to get an appointment. Now you can’t even call apparently high number of calls even when you ring at 7:59 being the first person the phone will cut off high number of calls. What is the point if this GP when can never get seen

Receptionists always go out their way to help me. Will call me back with a way to help me even if no appointments available. Clinical team are kind and helpful too

The staff and doctors are so supportive, the appointments can be taken so fast. This is the second practice I had used while been here and this is the best.

Due to numerous health issues, my GP has always gone above & beyond, his professionalism, empathy & caring manner are what all gp's need. My GP is reason why I have remained at kirpal medical practice, One of the receptionists who works in the back office, (has worked there since i joined the surgery 37 yrs ago) has always been most helpful, her caring & professional manner is an inspiration for receptionists working at the practice. I have spoken to the practice manager on numerous occasions, she has shown empathy, care & resolved all issues & concerns within a timely manner.

You cannot get through to this practice. You can never get an appointment. The Staff are rude and abrupt. What is the point of having a Doctor when you cannot see him. Who on earth regulates this place. Totally disgusting. I have waited a week to get an appointment. I finally got through and was told I had called 10 minutes too early. Called later, now I can't get through. Another receptionist blatantly told that he wasn't concerned about my well being and its tough, but call later.

Dear Patient, Many thanks for leaving feedback. As you have remained Anonymous it is difficult to look into certain concerns you have raised. Telephone lines being busy, especially at peak hour. The Practice have taken action by increasing the call waiting queue, this should hopefully help.
