    Always helpful and friendly. I feel so lucky to be able to use the surgery. One of the best I feel in Portsmouth.

    The consultant was good but i still await the correct prescription a week later l. It was a cream i needed and not an ointment and no chemist eill dispense it without amendment. I asked for it to be amended on Thursday and be sent to a different pharmacy it hasnt been done. Its just frustrating as i need the prescription

    Overall i was very impressed. I was told a Pharmasist would ring me on friday the 5th January but nobody rang. Other than that the Nurse was very friendly and helpful.

    Warm welcome from reception staff and the GP I saw was very professional, listened to my concerns and dealt with my problem and was informative regarding the course of treatment and ensured that I fully understood the treatment plan Brilliant service and a brilliant practice!

    Doctor gave me plenty of time to explain my health issues and she was so understanding and helpful.I was more reassured by her explanations.

    The difficulty getting an appointment online. I have been trying since December. There is a difficulty getting through for an emergency appointment. Recently I rang dead on 830 and was number 30 in the queue. It was very frustrating. I kept waiting, but obviously when the call was answered the appointments were gone.

    Everything was perfect, I didn't need to wait long to get an appointment. It was running in time on the day. Everyone I met from reception to the nurse were very attentive and professional. A very good experience.thank you

    Was impressed with the general overall experience from ringing the surgery, to getting an appointment the same day and then being seen and out again within ten minutes of my appointment. Very grateful.

    Absolute nightmare to get an appointment took two weeks of phoning just to get through then had to wait an entire month to see someone. Great service when seen but you shouldn't have to wait so long

    The doctor we dealt with was amazing, good bedside manner, said she was going to do it and did it straight away. Can’t fault her one bit she is an asset to your surgery
