Extremely impressed and delighted with consultation. Very pleasant and helpful gp and management team. Helped me a lot to transfer my child care to different hospital.

So impressed with the responsiveness of the admin team. It's so easy to email with queries, test results, advice, repeat prescriptions and so on. They respond really quickly and it genuinely feels like nothing's a problem, even though I'm sure they are super busy! I've been with the practice for 23 years, ever since they were originally on the Richmond Road, and I have always felt heard and taken seriously. As they've grown in size I'm impressed with the number of extra specialists we now have access to - dietician, lifestyle coach, women's health experts. I would always recommend this surgery and recognise their hard work and determination, in the face of constant underfunding & support from our current Government. We're lucky to have you all in our community.

The whole NHS system could learn on how GP surgeries should be run by this practice. Appointments are available, doctors, nurses and staff teams accessible. There is a good range of appointment times available and the exchange with admin staff on repeat prescriptions is very efficient. My whole family have been patients for 20+ years and want to thank the team there for everything they do.

We have nothing but praise for the way this practice operates - heads above any other GP services we have used in the past. Lovely receptionists and really switched on and responsive medical services
