I called to book an appointment and the people at reception explained they could not help me. They told me to call 111, I called 111 who got me an appointment at my GP practise, I called them again to confirm the appointment, they told me they cancelled my appointment, started to huff and puff down the phone. Extremely unhelpful and upsetting.

This is a good GP practice however it does have some work to do I have found with my experience that appointment time isn't long enough for every need and its really hard to get an appointment so to try and book 2 to get enough time for you're need is even harder and their needs to be different time lengths for different needs I went in for and appointment and left feeling worse as it was so rushed to fit everything in

Quite honestly the absolute best surgery. So many GP's in our area get a bad name, but Kingsnorth medical practice are the forefront of what perfect health service looks like. Same day appointments. Same day DR call backs Effortless econsolt system Lovely/knowledgeable reception staff Doctors and nurses who go above and beyond in there line of duty. GP practices can learn a lot from Kingsnorth in Ashford. Thank you for providing the absolute best service possible.

Really greats service this week from this practice. Very new to area so first time using services and wow what a contrast from my previous one. Modern systems, I love the econsult triaging system, so easy to use and I got calls back within a few hours both times and then offered a face to face that same day. Such an efficient and modern way to help patients. Everyone really friendly and professional (admin and clinical). So pleased they will be looking after me and my family going forward. Thank you very much
