I have never failed to see a GP when I have needed to and the care I have received is exemplary. On one occassion a doctor visited my home twice in one evening. The receptionists are always polite and helpful and I am grateful to all staff for the wonderful service they provide.

Good Morning to all gp users And Nhs trust, My wife preparing for getting nmc for the Uk. During the Application, nmc asked for your gp details for medical fitness. When I ask gp about details they said we are not providing any details like email address. If nmc wants to details about fitness then they have to call gp otherwise we are not providing any information. Our Gp Receptionist does not about the Procedures and she doesn't know anything about Nmc. I and my wife were surprised when she told us like that. and it's become very rude. So many people in my circle got recently Nmc pin and they got the fitness certificate from their Gp and GP's Email address but my one not following the Nmc procedure. We show all evidence online even though the online form application said that this information was required for filling my form but they are not agreed to provide the information. I try to talk with the manager but they said the manager is not available she is on holiday. they are not giving a manager details. All receptionists are not aware of who is Nmc. they don't care about the student's career and what's important in this process and application. At that time we gave a call to Nmc and explain everything about the GP. they said just give a call to GP they will talk with them but the receptionist are not happy to talk with them. We are very frustrated and very important steps from getting a fitness certificate. The reason behind this using social media and such kinds of platforms that get solutions for my process and have someone authorise a person aware to this GP about the Nmc process and Improve the knowledge about the process. I am requesting to Kings road surgery Manager be aware of your staff the Nmc process and if read my message then solve my problem as a human being. Please improve your worst receptionist. Provide me with all details regarding my application soon as possible. Here I attached the Nmc application form screenshot for your reference. I am going to inform Nmc now about this incident and Nhs as well. I need a solution to any condition of my wife's application. Thank You

  3. Review titled Absurdly inefficient in communicating with clients

Rated 3 stars out of 5

The surgery will only follow up with clients through the post. I received a letter requesting that I call the surgery - we don't check our post box every day, so the letter might have been there for a while. When I called the surgery, I was told to try again the next day as "phone appointments" were all taken for the day. I asked why the doctor did not call, text, or email me, and was told the surgery will only contact patients by posting letters. This is absurdly inefficient and I am still incredulous that this is acceptable practice in the NHS.
