  1. Review titled Unhelpful and unreliable

Rated 1 star out of 5

Every time I try to speak to Kildonian house I have to spend ages waiting for the phone to be answered, as someone who works full time, this is impossible and makes it very difficult. When I do eventually get through, the staff are often rude and unhelpful.

I’ve had a Cheat infection for 3 weeks constant coughing and choking. I’ve rung a dozen times both times I got through I was told no appointment’s and and emergency GP will contact me and no one rings. There’s no one to help on the NHS app it says contact your GP

  3. Review titled How is this still operational

Impossible to get an appointment. Found blood in feces and eventually got an appointment. Sent off sample - heard nothing. Asked about it a month later and they had lost the record. Other times communication has been dreadful. I'm at the point where I avoid going to the doctors and hope I don't die

Recent experience was excellent, reception very helpful, even thought it was very busy, The lady Doctor I saw was also excellent and explained everything in detail. Would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  5. Review titled Upset and frustrated

Rated 2 stars out of 5

No problem with pharmacy or reception, been very helpful. I was invited for an asthma review, I did just that. I have COPD and Asthma and previously both reviewed at the same time, thought this would be the same. Nurse tells me she can't review COPD, not qualified, so had to make an appointment for the following month for COPD review, she made the appointment. If anyone had read my notes they would have noticed this and I may have had one appointment instead of two and not wasted practice time. During asthma review I mentioned an increasing problem with reflux and the nurse told me she'd arrange a prescription for omeprazole and it would be delivered to me. I waited 2/3 working days nothing arrived and called Pharmacy , they had no record, spoke to practice reception, no record and was told that the nurse couldn't issue a prescription. I said she told me she'd pass it through for signature of doctor. So if she wasn't able to achieve that why did she say she could or why did no-one contact me and inform me I would have to come and see a doctor until I phoned to query position. It seems to me, patient notes are not read prior to appointment and spend half the appointments telling the nurse or doctor what is recorded in these notes. They should at least know the basics i.e. Patient long term condition. I've had a few problems with doctors, practitioners or nurses not listening to what I tell them and eventually reception has had to sort out for me, so thanks to them.

  6. Review titled What Practice????

What on earth is happening to our once reliable doctors, its very unnerving trying to get appointments, prescriptions, using the phone when your deaf is difficult that is when you can get through, no wonder our hospitals are struggling if theyre having to pick up patients who cant make contact with the surgeries

  7. Review titled pathetic practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

Had an appointment with the nurse for a LTC but couldn't make it due to an emergency at work. Tried to call the practice to rearrange, but as ever there was no chance of getting through, the line is always engaged. Managed very late in the day to get through and rearranged for the following week for an 8 a.m appointment. The receptionist even said to me that at least an appointment before work would be beneficial so that nothing would interrupt it. Got to the surgery at 7.50 a.m and eventually when the receptionists lifted the blinds for the start of the day at 8 a.m. went to check in and was told I had no appointment for that day!!!!!! Someone made a boo boo! She then offered me an appointment for 3 weeks away, even when I told her that I have had an abnormal blood test result. She wasn't even interested, I think the woman in question needs to find a new job! She had no empathy, there wasn't an apology forthcoming and she was unconcerned about my needs! Pathetic.
