    They never answer their phone. All you get is a number of options. It doesn't matter which option you choose (I've tried them all) and you go into a number of rings after which the line goes dead. No answer to emails either, in case you're wondering. Sorry if you (like me) are registered with them....

    A practice second to none - the patient care and service is exemplary, and upholds the “gold standard” of NHS general practice. My two young children both needed to be seen at short notice just before the Christmas closures - the receptionist and the doctor went out of their way to ensure that the children were seen, and diagnosed despite the surgery closing within 1 hour of my having called. A perfect surgery which has a real interest in the care of its patients and one to be aspired to by other surgeries.

    I've been a patient for a number of years and have finally reached the end of my patience: lost test results; dismissive and unempathetic GPs; poor communication; a struggle to get appointments; and a telephone system that cuts you off after you've been on hold for more than 10 minutes. I plan to register elsewhere as soon as I can.
