    I rang for a face to face appointment and within an hour I was in front of a doctor. The doctor was professional and courteous explaining the diagnosis and treatment. It was refreshing to have the visit and I was happy and in the knowledge that all was OK. I thought the doctor in question was especially warm, friendly and reassuring. The reception starr were effiecient and friendly.

    I want to say thank you to the lady who I first spoke with when I walked into Kenmore, I was a little shocked after an incident with a van, she was so kind & understanding, thank you to the kind doctors who took a look at me and referred me to A&E, your professionalism & kindness meant so much to me at a time I was in shock. I felt I was in safe hands. Thank you

    My recent review of medication was dealt with very well. From completing my questionaire to receiving the initial feedback and then to dealing with my concerns by face-to-face discussion all took place within hours. Not only was the consultation a considerate and proffesional one, during that session, I was also able to discuss a current condition which was diagnosed and discussed with patience and a solution proposed for future prevention of reoccurance and prescribed. I received all my medications the following day.

    With a long-term condition Im a regular Always friendly always professional Can't believe how quickly they respond and offer appointments Friends moan about their GP but im delighted with Kenmore

    In my anxious/exhausted/brain fogged state, it was a bit of a struggle this afternoon to collate a clear, concise summary of things on the Kenmore online appointment request form, but having pushed through this, it was very reassuring to have a super-prompt telephone call follow-up within just 15 minutes of submission. The very helpful person I spoke with was friendly, professional, understanding and non-judgemental, liaising immediately with the doctor over a query and reverting to me within a few minutes by phone with a response. What an excellent, efficient and supportive service from both members of staff. Thank you - you knew I was struggling and the kindness demonstrated and speed of response was much appreciated.

    Highly responsive community medical practice. Lovely receptionists and wonderful doctors. I never have a problem securing an appointment and the customer service experience is always so positive.

    Following a significant fall and many hours spent in A&E I had to attend Kenmore. My experience with getting an appointment was excellent on two different occasions. I saw a different doctor each time both were professional and understanding, this was very reassuring to me.

    Since registration, the practice have provided me with a 5 star service. Whether it be the excellent doctor diagnoses, care and communications; through to ongoing specialist nursing teams, treatments and their excellent practical advice; supported by their ever super efficient and courteous front of house and secretarial teams. They provide such a fantastic 360 service, and I have had no hesitation in recommending them to friends and colleagues in the area

    Having been stung a number of times by a wasp which I am allergic to I went to kenmore medical centre where I was seen immediately by the receptionist who arranged for me to see a doctor within a few minutes . I was seen to and monitored every 15 minutes until it was safe for me to leave. It was an unlucky week as I was stung twice more and was seen by A&E . On each occasion the receptionist arranged for me to have new eppi pens within minutes. I am most grateful for the speedy and excellent care I received from kenmore

    I have been suffering from pneumonia since 4th July when I had to wait for the best part of an hour in the icy waiting room at Kenmore. The air conditioning was set ridiculously and as I was dressed for a hot day I had no extra clothes to put on.
