   I have been calling to book an appointment for my 12 months old which seem to be having an issue with his ear. The receptionist advised that I should go to the pharmacy and they will just give Me something. I then thought its a baby you are not a doctor why can't you book him for a check up. However I went down to the pharmacy explaining the issue pharmacist said he's a baby its not adviceable to just get him something for his ear. I called the surgery the following day receptionist said u need to call tomorrow at 8 to be placed on for emergency I called the following day she said emergency is all filled so go onto the website and full the e consultant form. Till now im yet to get a solution as my baby still keeps sticking his finger in his ear.
