I am over 60 and wished to have some routine health check blood tests, requesting these by E consult. Not only did this surgery decline my request, they also required me to make an appointment (quite unnecessary in view of the tests requested and my age). I did so, but they then cancelled that appointment. Frustrating. Will register with another surgery to see if they are more interested in preventative Medicine.

I always receive amazing service from everyone in this surgery, from the reception staff to the nurses and the GPs. All the interaction have had have been positive.

I called after 4 on a Friday just to see if I could get an appointment the following week. I was encouraged to come and be seen right away. I had not expected that. The receptionists and staff were kind, and the physician was as well. The physician was thorough and careful, and made sure I understood the next steps. He was also reassuring, which was appreciated. Highly recommend this practice.

Dealing with them is like dealing with a depersonalised phone customer service. Perfectly polite and formal on the phone, but very little on offer. Nothing can happen quickly, always need to chase them, very little flexibility, all one gets is a cold explanation of how busy they are and how everyone else is in the same position.

I've been registered to this GP for over 10 years, and it's always been full of kind and knowledgeable doctors. They're busy but the care is great.
