    What can I say! They are a great team and very thorough. I have recently been told I have high blood pressure and high chloresterol. They have provided a brilliant service with phone and face to face appointments. No hesitation, straight in. I would not change my doctors for love nor money lol

    3rd day running of phoning the surgery and waiting 20 minutes to speak to a receptionist to try to get a routine appointment in the future to be told everyday there are none available to book. I was offered a hub appt which I cannot make unfortunately. I would just like a future bookable appt surely this not too much to ask. I feel frustrated and extremely let down I cannot call every day and wait for ages to get through as I work full time, just to be told to keep calling back, but they don't know when the appts will be put on the schedule its ridiculous.

    Once I finally managed to get an appointment it was great. But it did take me a couple of weeks to get an appointment. Life,work,commitments and even just forgetting the time sometimes didn't work to a specific time slot. But got there in the end.

    Had an emergency appointment on Monday evening - from booking the appt to being seen I was treated so well. I was in pain and the staff were so kind and helpful. Thank you all - every time I have had to use your services I have been impressed. Thanks for all your hard work.

    Unable to book and appointment online, have spent over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone to book an appointment. If you visit the surgery in person they REFUSEd to give you an appointment for any date in the future

    We recently moved to Sutton. We are happy that they responded to our urgent calls regarding our baby's high fever and gave appoinment within 2 hours during weekend. Doctors and other staff members are friendly and dedicated.
