   I have had a MRI and the Pembury hospital hospital are such a wonderful hospital. I had my report back in a few days. However, it's extremely comprehensive and I am completely baffled by all the medical terms. I have been trying for over a week to get a telephone consultation with a GP and as yet have been unsuccessful despite having horrendous pain I will not be seeing as an emergency as I don't believe it is one although these are the only appointments left. Why is there never enough GP appointments???? Since the surgery refurbishment it's impossible to get a timely appointment.

   Trying to book an appointment for my B12 injection used to be easy now impossible as you can’t book ahead anymore and nobody ansewers the phone !!!

   I haven't been with this practice for long but everything i have needed and asked for i have had. And they have been so helpful and kind. And have actually put themselves out to help me regarding my meds. So much better than my old surgery Thank you Ivy court
