   I called the Practice for help and advice with some Prescription Medication I had received. Getting through to reception the receptionist handed me over to Practice Manager who quickly and effectively helped me and organised a telephone consultation with a doctor the following morning. I received notification via the NHS App that this was confirmed. A good experience with very little waiting time to get the help I needed.
