You can wait over an hour! just to be cutoff when you get to be number 1 in the que, the phones are a joke that seem to want you on hold with the taped messages that take for ever before you get put on hold all the time its you who is paying for the call!?. just to get an appointment. Then when someone else made me one (by calling in to the surgery as they was going for one them selfs) it was made for the wrong surgery!!? that i would of found hard to get too ( no car), so they made it a phone call instead. Well my hart fell when the doc told me he would ask them at the surgery to call me back the next day as he could not make me an appointment how mad is that!?! Well that call never came and i waited in all day. So i am right back where i steated trying to get though on the phone. ... Its not too good when your under the weather and can't think straight, when all i want is an appointment to see a doctor, it could be me thats just unlucky but am appalled in this service "you are 7 in the que and have been for the last 20 mintuted its no joke" it puts you off ringing in the end "why bother" they don't seem to be. Wish i had a car or was in BUPA.

Good morning, and thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have not had a positive experience at the practice. The phone lines currently are an issue we are aware of, and are increasingly frustrating for both patients and staff. I have escalated once again this morning to BT to try and speed up the process, with your comments. I profusely apologise for the trouble you have had, you are welcome to pop into reception rather than calling in the interim though i know this is also an inconvenience. We do welcome all feedback to try to improve services and thank you for your time in leaving this review. We will en devour to remedy this as soon as possible, but If there is anything else i can do for you please do let us know.
