This practice really tries to look after its patients. Neither my husband nor myself have had any difficulty getting an emergency appointment when required and when asking to see a specific doctor about a non urgent appointment the wait was only a week - a welcome surprise in the present NHS ‘crisis’. I really appreciate the professionalism and understanding of all the doctors I have seen. Keep up the good work!!

Reception staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve always managed to get an appointment for my children when they are ill. The doctors really listen and have always provided excellent care for myself and my family. I can’t rate this practice highly enough, thank you all.

after hip replacement i was plagued by myriads of large water filled blisters and swelling which for 2 months failed to respond to anything thanks to the concerted efforts of the practice nurses especially they are now under control Excellent service loads of patience and totally caring ***** star service many thanks

It was easy to make an appointment. The consultation was thorough. Referral for an xray was efficient. Overall an efficient, professional and comfortable experience.

Great experience. Volunteers friendly and helpful. Saturday afternoon, did not feel rushed. Calm atmosphere.Particularly liked the 2 young chaps (on reception and checking personal details in clinic) Thank you.

Visited on Saturday afternoon for my flu and covid injections. Very well organised, staff were very kind and dealt with us quickly and efficiently. The volunteers worked well together. Was very pleased to be able to have both my injections at the same time. Thank you 😊

A very good and helpful service provided. Easy to contact reception, I prefer to do so by phone. Always helpful staff. Appointments can usually be arranged fairly promptly. I have always found all medical staff helpful and supportive. Very good service for COVID and flu vaccinations with reminders and special clinics.

Just back from taking my 87 year old mum for her covid and flu boosters , we were greeted by happy smiling ( behind their masks) receptionists and taken straight in for her jabs . Back out again before her appointment time . Thank you for making it easy for Mum is frail with heart failure so every little ring time make it easy helps .

Dear Mr Sutcliffe Thank you for your feedback regarding the service you've received from the practice. I am disappointed to hear that your experience was not positive. We unfortunately had to cancel your appointments due to staff sickness. I would like to stress this is not something we do lightly however on this occasion we found ourselves in exceptional circumstances. Dr Lachmann has also taken the time to explain this further in the direct message he sent to you. I can see that a member of staff has tried to resolve the situation and re-arrange your appointment, but you declined the date offered.
