Getting appointments at the surgery are like winning a lottery. I have been holding at number 7 in the queue and then told there are no appointments left for the day. Despite being in excruciating pain the receptionist best advise was that I did have an e consultation booked with the doctor sometime this week. Doctors are goid but the front line reception staff is totally clueless.

Great surgery. Lovely staff. E-consultation service is great when you cant get through on the phones. Easy access. GPs provide a great standard of continuous care. Highly recommend. Nurse is lovely and very professional

I have been trying to get an appointment with my GP for my son. I have been calling since 9 in the morning and yet no answer. Please if you want to be seen by a gp or a nurse I will advise to go somewhere else.

Lovely Doctors, Easy access to Gps. Prefer the phone system now as you get callback and not hold on for long period of time.

I have tried several times to get appointment but any time I get through the queue after about an hour having got on the queue at the opening time will always be told no more appointment. This has happened about 4 times and I have still not got an appointment. One time I had to go to A and E where I was attended, cleared and advised to book an appointment to see my gp for referral but I have still not been able to have an appointment. This is really serious and something needs to be done about it.
