I recently tried the Push Doctor appointment service, to discuss a nagging issue before going on holiday. I realise the surgery is having to manage while being short-staffed and liked the idea of being able to avoid clogging up the surgery this way. The app was pretty easy to setup and getting a link to book an appt is very easy. The short-term availability of appointments is also excellent. I was able to talk a Dr on the Monday and pick up a Rx that day. The doctor asked me to get a chest x-ray and the surgery called me with instructions soon after. West Berks Community Hospital had me in and x-rayed in 20 mins yesterday and I was contacted already today with results (all clear). I just wanted to make sure everyone knows that the service you are offering can’t be faulted, in my opinion. I hope you get this sort of feedback regularly, because no doubt it feels like you’re pushing water uphill sometimes! Thanks. Richard

This really is a brilliant surgery, everybody so polite and helpful. Those that are registered here,are indeed,fortunate. And so helpful when I ask for a print out to be forwarded to another team.

Phoned to make an appointment at 8.30, call was answered within a minute or so. Very friendly and kind receptionist took my details and booked me into a nurse led clinic at 9am. I was greeted at the door by the lovely receptionist and then had an excellent consultation by the nurse who diagnosed my condition and prescribed the medication I needed. I was out by 9.15! Medication should be ready to pick up by lunch time. I cannot imagine a better service than the one I received this morning!! Well done to everyone at the surgery
