Fantastic doctor who listens, is kind and patient, explaining everything to me Referring me to hospital to investigate further. Everybody at my practice is lovely. I consider myself to be very lucky to be looked after by such a dedicated group of people.

This GP surgery is wonderful. I filled out an online form at 9:30 feeling unwell, and by 11 I was seen, with a script. Where else would that happen without charge and with all the noise about GPs out there at the moment, that simple amazing fact is seldom celebrated. No one can be perfect but responsive same day access like this is marvellous . It is consistently good eg with my children . Thank you we are super impressed

I have been at this practice for about a year and a half and I have never once found it hard to get an appointment. Responses to queries are always prompt and I have always been happy with the outcome of Drs appointments. And to top it off they were really helpful in seeing my Grandson when he was taken ILL when he was staying with me. I have nothing negative to say about this practice.

Easy access to guidance and advice via website. Same day responses by GPs by phone to health concerns. Offers to visit, even before one had been requested. Kind, compassionate care involving patient and family. Discussions about various management options. Rapid mobilisation of support services, including helpful District Nurses

I have recently seen two different practice nurses and have been treated with nothing but kindness, they explained which tests I was having and why and were so lovely i left feeling better than when I went in!! The practice should be proud of these two nurses.

Easy to contact and always a very quick response, by the excellent reception team, to medical queries. The doctors and the rest of the medical team always provide the highest standard of medical care at all times. Personally, I don't think that I could have had better care and support for my asthma. The follow up support is terrific. I would not wish to be with any other practice.

Have been a patient here all my life and have seen a number of Drs come and go, losing your long term Dr who you have known for years and has known you, it can be daunting seeing someone new but each time a new Dr has come along they have always been fantastic just like the previous. The practice as a whole is filled with amazing staff members throughout the Drs, nurses, front of house and back room staff, they are always a pleasure to deal with and couldn’t ask for more than that. Thank you

We have been using Hulme Hall Medical Group 166 Wilmslow road ,Handforth For many years . And always find the Receptionist Admin staff. Very Helpful pleasant and attentive In arranging Doctors appointments . When seeing the Doctors ,Nurses You are made to feel very relaxed and welcome. And are dealt with in a very high Professional and Personal manner With any medical problems . And follow up to Insure ,all is Resolved . Many Thanks For all your great NHS Medical Service .
