Very caring receptionist managed to fit me in for an afternoon appointment. V short wait then saw ANP. Very thorough exam and discussion. I did not feel rushed. Positive outcome and got antibiotics and excellent advice on how to manage care for next few weeks. Excellent practice as always

I started the request process through patches, received an efficient response and was given an appointment within a few weeks. The advanced nurse practitioner was very welcoming and understanding.

Managed to get an appointment today with the Anp for my daughter . We were Seen on time , lyndsey listened , asked relevant questions in a kind caring manner and explained things to my daughter and I . My daughter left the consultation feeling happier.

Both times my husband has seen the APN nurse she has been extremely helpful, explained results of tests very clearly and made positive recommendations as to ways forward that have led to further tests. We should also like to record how impressed we have been by the efficiency of all the staff from the courteous and helpful reception staff to the nurses and doctors.

I had an appointment with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner yesterday which left me feeling extremely positive about a solution to my health issues. She was very thorough in her questions and treated me showing empathy and interest. I was feeling really awful, in pain and anxious. The ANP made another appointment for me within a fortnight, prescribed a treatment regime which is already giving me relief. I could not have had a more positive visit and left feeling that I could really achieve some relief from my problem. It really was a very positive meeting and is greatly appreciated. Thanks you ANP, I look forward to our next meeting in 2 weeks.

Had an appointment this morning with the nurse. Didn’t have to wait was called in exactly on my appointment time. She was very thorough, made me feel at ease, asked if I had and questions. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Yesterday at 1023 I emailed to cancel an appointment and request meds. I received a reply with both matters having been actioned at 1033. A very impressive response. Thank you.

Used Patches online tool to request consultation. Text response to acknowledge request followed by phone call to offer face to face consultation a few days later. GP surgery running a little late but only 15-20 minutes or so. GP did not rush me and had plenty of time for discussion and physical examination. Overall a very positive experience.

Caring and always do their best to give a great service all the staff are friendly and care about the patients and their wellbeing My recent diabetes telephone review was very thorough and constructive and helpful in identifying solutions to the problem

The receptionists are always friendly. Using patches works OK but you do need to apply early with your message though Your request is triaged. I was seen and treated the same day which I must admit was a surprise Doctor was kind and helpful
