The doctors at this surgery generally quite caring. They take time to listen to me and they respond quickly to my econsults. The reception staff are not quite so nice, they ignore me when I am waiting at reception and asking them for anything is too much trouble.

We’ve had course to use the surgery a lot in the two years since we moved here. Always able to get an appointment in a timely manner and everyone has been friendly and knowledgeable and caring. I think as a family we’ve seen every member of the team at some point now! There have been some difficult times during those two years with covid and the surgery has continued to provide a good and accessible service. At one point we had to wait 10 days for a baby vaccination appointment over the winter with covid surging and staff shortages and I think that is remarkable given how poorly some other services kept going during this time. Thank you to the whole team for all the hard work you do.
