    I was sent a letter in October 2022 to make apt for routine blood test - it took me 3 weeks to get through. I made the apt at the specified practice turned up at the correct time and was told it's at the other practice - so remade the apt - turned up 10 mins early - after waiting 15 mins past the allotted time I asked receptionist if I had been forgotten about - I was told ' oh they're running late - no apology nothing. I had somewhere else I needed to be so I left without making another apt - but what is really frustrating is when I check my medical records on line and it says I was a no show for the first apt and then the 2nd one the nurse came to call me and I walked out. This is not an accurate reflection of the events and then they send me another letter to make an apt for a routine blood test - I give up as I cant get through on the phone and they dont allow you to walk into the practice and make an apt. I work permanent nightshift so have a limited time window in which to call and make an apt - I know they cant cater to everyone's shift pattern but has common sense disappeared
