   Rang on 2 occations in afternoon told I was third in queue each time it took over 30 minutes just gave up. Re-rang now in call back responded in 17 mins ?

Did you know that we offer a callback service, where our telephone system will automatically call you back at your original place in the queue, to save you waiting on the telephone? In addition, you can order repeat medication, book certain appointments and cancel appointments online via the NHS App or Patient Access - please pop in to register yourself if you have not already done so.
