Really bad practice called at 8am for 7 days in a row and always user busy when the line does go true apparently fully booked so I don’t get how within 30/60 min off opening your fully booked The receptionist don’t care about your health all they say is call back tommrw after 8 and put the phone down if you are thinking off becoming a patient off this doctor I will think twice you will get better yourself and the surgery will be still user busy Theee is never a permeant doctor to see or even call will never recommend this surgery to a friend or family as even my health is really bad and they don’t care I have to call 111 all the time to get my self looked at or over the phone

Looks nice from the outside but you can never get a appointment doctors just come and go no permanent doctors here dont even try and call at 8am lines will be busy permanent engaged tone and when the reception decides to answer they say sorry all appointments are gone witch is a joke i even walked into the surgery at 820am they told me all appointments are gone this surgery dose not have enough doctors.... disgusted with there services just have a look on google and see there reviews its not only me that thinks this place need a complete overhaul on how this sugary provides services to the local community come on nhs please do a review on this place.

I would not recommend this surgery.I have been waiting for my daughter s referral from last two to three years and I always get a reply . Referral hasn’t been made. I need to see doctor again for referral.she has been referred by the doctor 3/4 times and when I do make a call for the update and I do get answer no referral has been made which causes a lot distress for my daughter. They need to help us instead of lying to us referral has been made.
