   Daughter received a prescription for her epilepsy medication back in Jan 2024 from GOSH which was sent to the surgery and to date it has still not been processed. My daughter has already missed a days worth of medication and will miss a second today, affecting her epileptic episode due to this. Extremely unsympathetic staff in trying to get this resolved. All we get told is that it has been marked as urgent and been sent to the clinical pharmacist for approval….why should it be approved when the prescription was sent from a consultant back in Jan 2024?
