Review titled disrespectful receptionist

i will not knock the doctors, the doctors are brilliant but the rude receptionist and the non understanding manager. there was no duty of care or wellbeing didn't even want to hear me out as it was busy and when i said i'm in a lot of pain please understand me and hear me out i was then told if your that bad go to a&e and put the phone down. This is not on actually very disgusting and disrespectful, they have no idea what that patient is going through there mental state could be vulnerable and not being heard can take them off the edge completely. this receptionist and manager have no idea what they have done. i'm so very angry of how i was treated

I am happy with the process of registration. The staff helped to expedite the speedy handover of the letter requested, which in turn was timely help in getting the support we needed during pregnancy. We are really Happy with the prompt support and outstanding service, and knowledge of staff members.

I am impressed with online patient access appointment booking system and emergency booking in the morning as there has never been any case I wasn't been see by my doctor. Despite of growing communities and patient, GP surgery has been very resilient. Good Job Hesa team

A death occurred 10 days ago. Hesa medical centre failed to send a death certificate to Uxbridge Register Office. Two appointments at Uxbridge were cancelled because the certificate hadn't arrived. At various times Hesa informed me that I had to pick up the certificate from them and take it to Uxbridge (nonsense), that they had sent it last week (untrue), that it would be sent "by soon today" (whatever that means). Useless and dangerously incompetent staff.

I had a really bad infection and had to call in morning for urgent appointment which was arranged in the morning to see nurse practitioner. I was amazed the nurse was so knowledgeable, gave me good advice for my treatment. I am thankful for your dedicated services. Thanks

This GP is providing good service whether over the phone or face to face. Special thank to reception manager who is always polite and gives answers to any queries.
