I tried to get to speak with the Practice Manager regarding a matter from the 12th August and my last call to them today 13th September resulted in the practice Manager relaying a message back via the reception to advise No to the question I asked. Clearly This person is not patient or customer Facing

Thank you for this feedback. I am the practice manager at the surgery and I am sorry you feel I am not patient or customer facing. I am not aware that I have relayed any message back where a patient has asked to speak with me.
