Just now called the Heathway Medical Centre, my husband is been very sick, they said that are going to call me back, they didn’t. And a receptionist, because I don’t think so she is a human being was very rude and very disrespectful. Just to let her know that when we call them we do because we need the service. Considering that how many people are suffering from some one like her. Just want to say her, Shame on you. Very very disappointed .

The receptionists at the Heathway Medical Centre have always been extremely helpful and understanding, especially when assisting me in dealing with my dad's medical issues.

Brilliant staff, really fast service and experienced doctors. Easy place to park your car and suitable location of the surgery ! Recommend!

Really fast response with the online consultation. Also the medical staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. I also needed to be seen F2F and they booked me really fast.

Had a 2-minute conversation where I couldn't even finish talking. I had a second question I wanted to ask because I was in a lot of pain and was asked to book a separate appointment and wait a week to ask one question.

We do apologise that you felt this way. Please be reassured that we also try to get patients to see the most appropriate clinician to enable more patients to be seen and improve access. That's why all enquiries are submitted online and triaged by clinicians for more patients to be seen and appointments booked for every enquiry depending on the urgency.
