    Called because I wanted the doctor to take a look at my problem as it had been persistent for some time and increasing in intensity. The receptionist gave me her opinion on what she thought my problem was and that I should go and see a 'Chemist' first before the I can have access to the doctor. I didn't appreciate being diagnosed by a non-medical personal on as this is not what I called for. All I wanted was to send my pictures to the Doctor so that they can review and hopefully have this treated as it is worrying me, however I was denied acess. I do not understand wht kind of GP Surgery this is.

    Unfortunately this is not the wonderful independent Heatherside local surgery it once was. It is now an outpost of the Park Road Practice; telephone calls are routed to Park Road, appointments by the Heatherside receptionists are made via Park Road, and often local residents have to travel into Camberley to the main Park Road Surgery (with its poor car parking) for appointments. The reviews given by others for the Park Road Practice therefore apply to Heatherside Surgery also.
