    Staff are really lovely and helpful! They are all pretty weight focused (I think every single visit I have to get on a scales) which is pretty bad. Reception are nice and helpful! Doctors and Nurses are very supportive and organised and very validating Their communications prior to appointments (like what you need to do for the appointment) is not good but otherwise the communications are good. Waiting list is very long but they really try to help. Referrals are very good

    Fast, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable GPs and Nurses. Whenever my 2 year old daughter or I have had an urgent medical problem we have been seen the same day. GP even messaged me my results over the bank holiday weekend. Excellent clinical advice. Fast tests and investigations. Admin staff are very helpful. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

    My experience is of helpful, supportive GPS and nurses, and helpful reception staff. Face to face appointments are routine, something which friends in other areas find difficult or impossible. I've been profoundly deaf in one ear since childhood; when my hearing ear was blocked with wax recently I could not hear at all. The practice is prepared to syringe ears which enabled me to function again, for which I was extremely grateful. Not all practices offer this. Gaining access to the Patient Access website has defeated friends in other areas; I managed it only with the help of a reception staff member. Thus on a number of counts I appreciate the support and service provided by Heathbridge.
