   Whilst my daughter had an appointment with a Dr this teatime, I went in to ask about getting my repeat prescriptions through the app as I have no photo i.d The receptionist was friendly, helpful and went way above my expectations. She wasn't positive I could register without a photo, though sure I could. Not being able to contact someone by phone she went upstairs to check. I thought this very kind of her and believe this to be mentioned after a not so successful previous attempt. Many thanks to the lady on reception. It wasn't easy for me to enquire and her smile and help means a lot!
