    I put a repeat prescription in for my daughter on Friday 21 April 2023 for medication for a serious mental health condition only to be told that the prescription the prescription hasn’t been signed of yet and now she as been left with no medication for 2 days I find this totally unacceptable when I put the prescription in on there 48 hour time frame so I went in the surgery to ask to be told the dr as been here seeing patients since 8 am and won’t finish seeing patients till 6 so I don’t know where your daughter is on list as to when it will be signed of

    I have been a patient of this practice for over twenty years, however in recent years the care provided by this practice has been very limited or nonexistent. I have exceedingly complex medical conditions which require extensive close monitoring. This practice has failed to provide the basic medical tests required by hospital consultants. I have not seen any GP for over a year. I rely on secondary care services and have been admitted into hospital for ailments that could have been prevented by being able to access the primary care services. Due to my health issues I am now unfortunately housebound and registered disabled, but apparently this is now not the case according to this surgery!. I am left feeling extremely vulnerable and anxious not to mention upset. I have no faith in this practice at all.

    I just want to say how much Hattersley Group Practice has improved over the last 6-12 month. The receptionists and blood nurse are all incredibly helpful and kind and the doctors there have been beyond amazing. Unfortunately it states that I can’t name people on here otherwise I would. The Dr that I seen today (6th Feb) is incredibly efficient and has helped me more than I ever anticipated over the last few months and I just want to thank him especially, and others, for their help. The service has been 10/10 !

    Change of tablets after suffering diarrhoea nurse listened and understood problem. Bloods to be done again April to be sure all is working correct. Felt I was listened to thank you.

    Rang on Thursday Friday and today for an appointment for excruciating head aches and agonising knee pain told every time no appointments left. I put a prescription in for my daughter and twice it didn’t have the medication she needs to take every day the place is a joke seriously this surgery is unfit for purpose Charlotte

    Phoned for an appointment this morning phoning from 7.55am 11th in the queue was told no doctors in the surgery today and all the telephone appointments were taken not the first time also got told to go to the walk in centre not acceptable

    This surgery is truly an asset to the Hattersley community, the doctors really care about patients. The reception staff and nurses are lovely and accommodating.

    Rang for appointment for left side neck pain when I cough was told no appointments left. Next routine telephone appointment would be end of July or go to walk in at Ashton. Bit difficult when I’m in Hyde with hip arthritis.place is an absolute joke
