After finally waiting for a month to get an appointment (telephone) I was informed by the doctor he needed to examine me guess what another month wait for the next face to face appointment. If your in any acute pain just turn up at A&E !!

1155am 27 February 2023. Throughout the morning I developed a horrible ear infection with pain to my head, ear and neck. Spoke to reception and explained my symptoms and asked if I could speak to a doctor or see a doctor. All I was given was you have to telephone the next day 28 February 23 there was no sympathy or attempt to help which was all I was after.

After seeing a previous review, I was concerned about signing up to this surgery. However, my fears have been allayed as I have only received professional and kindly service from reception, nurses and doctors. As a new patient just moving to this area, they have been very thorough in my health check.
