Had to make a number of different appointments for myself and my children. Office staff were extremely helpful and patient making the process easy and stressfree.

Excellent, compassionate and kind doctor who takes her time in dealing with you. Makes you feel that you matter and follows everything up. Can't tecommend highly enough.

I called the practise this morning in order to obtain some details around my medical history. The receptionist I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I have exactly what I called for. Hartland Way has received mixed reviews in the past but I do truly think they have turned a corner in terms of customer service and it makes the often worrying task of going to the doctors a more manageable experience. Thank you again and reminds me how lucky we are to have our NHS.
