    I’ve been living in Bow for 7 years now and every single time I have an appointment with Harley Grove I have to call them and chase them after for answers / results (and this is usually months after!!) and then even when I do they don’t get back to me. One time they even gave me the wrong results from a smear test - and it wasn’t until a month later someone else called me to tell me I actually had bad cells. And needed to go to a specialist. How that can happen is beyond me!! I feel like they rely on their receptionists to answer questions which is why things are often wrong and info not delivered properly, I would stay away and find an alternative local practise if living in this area.

    Dear Patient, We are sorry to hear about your experience at the practice in regards to chasing the practice for answers / results and waiting months for these. You have also stated that in one instance you have been given wrong test results. We would like to investigate this further with you. Please contact the surgery to book an appointment with myself. Regarding test results; we are advising our patients to download the NHS app to view your results.     It seems as though reception will do anything to not let you speak to a GP. I submitted an online request when heavily pregnant and was called back 48 hours later by reception telling me to go to pharmacy when I really needed to see a GP. They let me have a call for that day in the end but then the GP said to call back if I got worse for an in person check up. I did get worse and called back but was told I couldn't have an appointment with any GP or speak to anyone. Its crazy how impossible it is, I was very ill and very pregnant and just wanted to see someone for a check and medication if needed.

    Incompetent, Been waiting for 6 weeks to get and xray when my chest specialist can get me an Xray in days, Went there today and another patient there was unhappy about the service as well, I will be changing surgeries that s for sure

    The doctors here are so kind and accommodating. Myself and my family have been well looked after over the years and I couldn’t recommend them more. It’s easy to get appointments and use the accurx e-consult. Telephones are answered quickly by polite and helpful reception staff.

    I have been unable to speak to anybody after spending a lot of time c 4 hours calling through Very confusing practice for a patient - I believe they used to use econsult, which is still on the messaging service when calling up, on their website there is nothing about econsult on the system. They refuse to do face to face appointments and only offer calls with DR even if challenged saying that you want to see a doctor face to face. They do not call on time so you inevitably miss the call, there is no number or how best to get in touch. It is very worrying that people that really need care will not struggle to get access to care from this practice

    Been sending econsults daily. Been getting no calls back. Been sending me messages on my phone without calling. Avoid avoid avoid!
