I have dangerously high blood pressure, I have tried to ring, but today was the last straw, I rang from 11.20 to 12.35 they did not answer the phone, they must have gone to lunch with me still hanging on the phone, I walked up to the surgery from the other end of the village, only to be told there are no appointments, why don't you try ringing the receptionist said!!!!!!!!!! this is not the first time this has happened. What's going on with this surgery? it used to be so good.

Came along for medical review, both my husband and I on Wednesday with pharmacist, excellent caring knowledgeable lady, who explained everything easily and excellent medical recommendations. Thank you again W & M Parry

Appointment made with paramedic over a week ago to be cancelled at last minute because surgery closed. Paramedic telephoned to explain that appointment should never have been made with him in first place and that he would arrange face to face appointment with Doctor early the following week. Receptionist subsequently phoned to say the best they could do was a telephone call the following week as no face to face appointments. Why is it so hard to see your Doctor.

Waiting almost 45 minutes to see doctor. No apologies or explanation. I have always had problems at this surgery
